This is my Attack On Titan fan page because aot has become part of my life and the worldbuilding and the characters have become engraved onto my soul. i'm not kidding when i say that there isn't a day for me without aot because I still look for fanart and fanfics, talk abt it with people online or re-read/re-watch the series.

My original characters and their stories

Eva Cruz

She/he/they, 21(year 845), 196cm

She comes from a family of well-known shoemakers in Utopia district. Despite being well-positioned financialy her mother was a scout, but died tragicly when Eva was 7, which led her to join the Survey Corps, herself too. Their main goal is to take revenge on the titans. His father wanted him to be his apprentice due tobeing the only heir(he couldn't bring himself to remarry and has never truly moved on. Eva sees his grief which is another reason behind why she joined the SC. She hopes that when the titans will finally disappear, her father will finally live at peace)
She's very serious with herself(sometimes even too serious) and has a tendency to work until he's almost about to collapse from exhaustion, so her team has to remind him to rest and eat. Her sharp thinking and strategic skills made her a pretty recognisable figure in the SC.
His relationship with gender is quite simple; "We are dying out there for the sake of , does it really matter to be recognised as a woman or a man? At the end I am just another person who faces death alongside you." They don't have preffered pronouns, so just call them literaly whatever, respect and see her as a person. Actually, Kira was his first long-term partner. Before her, she had some expirience, but those were just situationships with one-night stands, nothing serious. Eva and Kira met during one expedition in the med tent when both were badly injured, which later brought them close to each other.
Eva also has a bad habit of overspending. He has his wit, but always will buy the most unnessesery items because they were on a "great discount". Especially loves to spend money on his girlfriend (even tho Kira is much wealthier than them, so there's literaly no need for them to buy her things but as a loving gesture). Kira later buys them meals when they eventually go broke after another shopping haul which hurts Eva's ego, but they have no other choice, because otherwise he would just go hungry.

Kira Tepesh

She/her, 22(year 845), 172cm

Her family residents in the capital and has many members in the highest branches of Military Police, even in royal government. So, since she was a child, she had been trained to become a soldier in the MPs. However, afterwards the cadet training Kira didn't get promoted to the Top 10, therefore she joined SCs, in order to run away from the dishonor she brought and to have a slight chance to prove her strength through slaying titans. To this day the rest of her family is treating her position with disrespect and pushes her away, as if she was a debris, needed to be swipped under the rug. I makes her push herself to her limits over and over, just to get a glimpse of acceptance from her family, but at the same time Kira discovered her talent at manual work and creating technology useful for soilders.
She has never been good physicaly nor at flying with odm gear. She has joined science team and creates innovaitve projects, not seeing how this makes her feel fulfilled due to the need for gratification from her family (Like; "i may just created a brilliant way of improving odm gear into much faster and sturdy version, but it doesnt matter because i only killed 5 titans by myself in my whole life"). Due to living with constant disappointment with herself she developed a very feisty, perfectiotist personality. Even smallest mistakes or if something doesn't go along her plan, she just gets impulsive and furious. Normaly, she's quite joyous and optimistic, ready to help anyone.
On one mission, she accidently hit a tree at a high speed and had to be quickly transported to the med tent. She was terrified of dying without proving her worth and asked the scout to hold her hand so she could FEEL something. Unfortunatly that scout had to run back to the battlefield to help others, so she asked the someone who was laying just next to her. That someone was obviously, Eva. They held hands untill the next morning just to make sure theyre both alive, and later got closer with each other.
Kira is also a total social butterfly. While Eva's attidute might seem unwelcome at first, Kira with her easiness at makeing friends, helps him connect with others. She even managed to greatly surprise her partner by being friends with commander Erwin Smith since he still was a team capitan, and she wasn't even a cadet(they met on one of the banquets in the capitol).
